My name is Robert Hull and I talked to Joe Warner last Friday afternoon about my 2011 Corvette convertible that was for sale. He received the necessary, Vin numbers, mileage, and other information he asked me and gave me a quote that he stood behind 100%. I replied and told him that I would talk to him Monday morning. Saturday morning I received a call and quote from Jeff Wyler Toyota over in Indiana that was $1500 higher than what Joe told me. Of course interested in selling my Corvette for that extra money. I set up a Monday morning appointment with Jeff Wyler for 10:30 AM. I called Joe Monday morning at 9:30 AM and told him about the offer. He warned me about Jeff Wyler and Company on the way that they handle their customers with the purchase of their cars, and that he would still stand behind his original quote. I could have saved a lot of time and money, because of tolls and gas, and listen to Joe on what he told me. Jeff Wyler, absolutely high balled me, and then took the opposite and lowballed me with a ridiculous offer. I have had many dealings with Bachman Chevrolet in buying 3 Tahoe’s and with the service department with the Corvette and my other vehicles and it’s always been an easy and pleasant experience. Dan Dupont was absolutely right and referring me to Joe Warner in getting a fair price for my Corvette and making it an easy transition.
