My opinion of car dealerships changed when my wife and I were working with Lauren while selling my mother-in-law’s car following her passing. There were some technical challenges given the way the car was titled. Lauren explained in simple terms what we needed to provide. We did so and Lauren and her team provided excellent service in removing barriers to transaction while providing friendly and professional service. There were no surprises in the process. We were offered quite a bit more from Bachman as well in comparison to other automotive centers.
