Trent was awesome! He got all the info he needed on the vehicle in advance, including extra photos, so he was able to give an accurate (and my highest) offer, which did not change after he saw the vehicle in person, and that was not the case for every dealer I met with. He also drove an hour to me to pick the car up and just made everything easier. Even when I realized I didn’t have the original title with me, he was able to take care of it with a couple extra forms and keep me on schedule for the trade and my new vehicle. Check cleared same day, easy all around. Trent even gave me some tips for my next vehicle. Great place to trade your car in!
